Employment of People with Disabilities Reaches All-Time Highs at End of 2025

Kessler Foundation's nTIDE report found employment-to-population ratios for working-age people with disabilities hit all-time highs of 39.8% in November 2025 and 38.9% in December 2025. The labour-force participation rate also rose to 42.6% by December 2025, up 1.3 percentage points year-on-year. Researchers cautioned that gains may partly reflect seasonal holiday-sector demand rather than structural change.
