Interview invitation with an offer of adjustments

Copy and adapt this message when you invite candidates. Send it to everyone, not only to people who have mentioned a disability.

Tip: print this page or copy the text into your own document.

Hi [name],

Thank you for applying for the role of [job title]. We would like to invite you to an interview on [date and time] at [address].

The interview will take about 30 minutes. We will ask about your experience and how you would handle some everyday situations in the job. We will also show you the workplace.

We want everyone to be able to show their best. Let us know if anything would help, for example getting the questions in advance, extra time, a quiet room, bringing someone with you, or a video call instead. You don't need to tell us why.

If you have any questions, contact [contact person] by phone or email.

We look forward to meeting you.
