I work with neuroinclusion in the workplace, supporting organizations in creating better conditions for neurodivergent employees and leaders. Based in Norway and working across 15 countries, I combine global perspective with hands-on experience from real organizational contexts. Through analysis, advisory, training, and leadership support, I help improve key people processes such as recruitment, onboarding, workplace adjustments, and development. My focus is on turning awareness into practical change — enabling more people to perform, contribute, and thrive at work.
